ESITL - European Skills for International Trade & Logistics
Aim
The main aim of the project is to facilitate the evaluation and recognition of learning outcomes that vocational education and training learners achieved during mobility periods abroad, in two specific sectors (international trade and transports & logistics).
Specific aims
- To design 2 job profiles and 2 skills repertories (one in each sector - international trade and transports & logistics) considering the current and the upcoming evolution on those 2 sectors in fields like technology, companies organisation, competitiveness and with a special attention to environmental issues;
- To update the existing NETINVET shared references in international trade and transports & logistics;
- To provide guidelines for operational solutions to support quality mobility actions and mobility recognition.
Note: Portugal will only work in the job profile and skills repertory for international trade.
Partnership
ESITL project gathers a multistakeholders partnership (from 4 different European countries) with organisations representing the sectors (international trade and transports & logistics), with VET providers working for those sectors and with institutions having a regulatory function within the national vocational education and training systems (as associated partners).
